In 2007, I started TGIS5K Food Services, a catering business in Metro Manila. For 19 years I've handled everything an operations manager touches: client bookings, quotations, supplier coordination, customer service, and events serving hundreds of guests — often all in the same week.
Then I discovered something that changed how I work: I could build the systems myself. I taught myself GoHighLevel and built my company's entire website from scratch — custom code included. I automated our order notifications with n8n. I set up Meta Pixel tracking, designed ad creatives, and built a 30-day content production system. Not in theory. In production, running my real business today. And I work fluently with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT — directing, testing, and quality-checking them to deliver technical work at a speed that would normally require a developer.
